Memorial and Tribute Gifts
A gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of a friend or family member is a thoughtful way to express your thanks and support for Hospice.
If you would like to memorialize someone with a gift to CarePartners, we will notify their spouse, children, or other loved one of your special gift. Please provide the name and address of the person to be notified.
If you would like to honor a family member, friend, or CarePartners staff, we will send the honoree a letter to let him or her know of your gift. The amount of your gift will remain confidential.
Memorial Ornaments
Still available! The 2009 ornaments are lovely pewter angels. If you would like to receive ornaments or send them as gifts, please click here to download an ornament order form. Memorial Bricks
A special way to honor a loved one is with a Memorial Brick at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. These bricks line the walkway and courtyard outside Solace. Minimum donation is $100 per brick. New bricks are engraved about once a year. To order a brick, download a form here or call (828) 277-4815.
