CarePartners Design House benefiting Hospice
Experience great design for a great cause ~ August 20 - 29, 2010
The CarePartners Design House is in Ciel at 573 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway.
This luxury mountain home offers dramatic vistas of downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains and incorporates a variety of green features. It is beautifully decorated by several local designers who have committed their time and talent to support CarePartners Hospice and Palliative Care. Tickets are $25.00. Roller Derby supports our fund for children
Thanks to the Blue Ridge Rollergirls for sponsoring CarePartners Foundation's Stewart Buchanan Fund for children with special needs during their terrific bout on June 5, 2010. The Stewart Buchanan Fund helps children get the equipment they need for mobility, communication, and safety. The Blue Ridge Rollergirls are Asheville's first all-female, flat track roller derby league. The league's mission is to actively create, promote, and sustain an environment that fosters strength, courage, vitality, and the empowerment of women in the roller derby sport. In its 5th year, the Blue Ridge Mustang Club of Asheville goes national!
The Blue Ridge Mustang Club of Asheville hosts the 2010 Mustangs at the Mansion MCA Nationals at the Biltmore Estate, Labor Day Weekend.

2010 Marks 25 Years of the Festival of Trees!
Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and generosity of individuals and local businesses, CarePartners Foundation received more than $103,000 to benefit CarePartners Hospice and Palliative Care Services during the 2009 Festival of Trees! We'd like to extend special thanks to our Tree Sponsors and our volunteer Tree Designers, Gift Wrappers and Memorial Ornament Team. The Festival of Trees isn't possible without you!
