CarePartners Foundation Funds   Each year thousands of people are served by CarePartners Health Services. And each year thousands of people support CarePartners Foundation. Every gift helps CarePartners provide care to those who are in need in Western North Carolina, and preserves our ability to offer such care for years to come.   We have two general funds: CarePartners Foundation General Fund: Unrestricted gifts allow CarePartners Foundation to support excellent and innovative post-acute healthcare in Western North Carolina. CarePartners Hospice Foundation General Fund: Gifts to this fund are used to provide excellent Hospice care and to ensure that indigent patients can receive Hospice services. We also maintain several designated funds, including: New! CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital Expansion Fund: An addition of 17 private patient rooms and extensive therapy space is set to be completed in 2008. This major construction project is made possible through your contributions. Adult Day Services Scholarship Fund: CarePartners Adult Day Services provides an enriching day care environment for adults. The Scholarship Fund enables the participation of those who would not otherwise be able to afford the fees. You’re Special Fund: Begun as a fund to assist Home Health patients with emergency needs, the You’re Special Fund is now available for clients in need throughout the CarePartners continuum. Stewart Buchanan Memorial Fund: Children with disabilities are often helped immeasurably through the use of equipment designed to facilitate mobility or communication.
