About CarePartners Foundation
 
CarePartners Foundation is committed to preserving the availability of post-acute healthcare in Western North Carolina. People throughout the region rely on the services provided by CarePartners Health Services. CarePartners Foundation helps to ensure that these excellent services will be here for years to come.
 
CarePartners Foundation includes CarePartners Hospice Foundation, which provides over $275,000 each year to CarePartners Hospice. Every gift designated to Hospice is used to make sure everyone who needs Hospice care receives Hospice care. No one is turned away for lack of ability to pay.
 
Similarly, CarePartners Foundation supports other areas of CarePartners Health Services. The Foundation promotes innovative healthcare programs, helps children and adults obtain needed medical equipment, and offers scholarship funding to our staff and to high school seniors who are pursuing a nursing degree.
 
Each year CarePartners Foundation also makes grants to community agencies which are also working improve health and well-being of people in Western North Carolina. These agencies include The Lewis Rathbun Center, Alzheimer’s Association, and Mountain Housing Opportunities.
