Committed to the health and well-being of the people of Western North Carolina

CarePartners Foundation is committed to preserving the availability of post-acute healthcare in Western North Carolina by working with donors to fund vital services. We focus on the needs of those who receive care from CarePartners Health Services, which provides Rehabilitation, Home Health, Adult Care and Hospice. We also make grants to community agencies working to improve the health and well-being of people in Western North Carolina. We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Our sincere thanks to the volunteer Golf Committee for organizing this year's tournament at Etowah Valley Golf and Resort which was held on September 17.  Thank you!

Our sincere thanks to the Blue Ridge Mustang Club of Asheville for raising $15,000 for CarePartners Hospice. The 8th annual Mustangs for Hospice Pony Run was held on August 8 and 9 at the Asheville Mall and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Thank you!

Welcome PACE!

CarePartners PACEWe are thrilled to welcome PACE to the CarePartners continuum of post-acute care. CarePartners PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a program for people age 55 or older that need support to remain safely at home. It provides community-based care and services for people who might otherwise need a nursing home level of care. A PACE program works to promote and sustain the independence of seniors, and help those who want to live at home, stay at home. Click to learn more about PACE.

We thank the following organizations and individuals for joining CarePartners Foundation in providing substantial funding for the implementation of this new program:
