CarePartners Foundation is committed to preserving the availability of post-acute healthcare in Western North Carolina. We focus on healthcare needs of those who receive care from CarePartners Health Services. We also make grants to community agencies working to improve health and well-being of people in Western North Carolina. We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Special focus on Hospice care

CarePartners Hospice Foundation is a special part of CarePartners Foundation, dedicated solely to meeting the needs of Hospice patients and their families. Every gift designated to Hospice is used to make sure everyone who needs Hospice care receives Hospice care. No one is turned away for lack of ability to pay.

We invite you to join us by making a donation or becoming a volunteer. You can also support the work of CarePartners Foundation through the Hospice Thrift Store, our Estate Sales Services and our special events.
